Terry Hedderson - Owner/Manager
Terry is in every way a business man. As owner of The Daily Catch since 2002, he has renovated the building and grown the business from a small store to the great restaurant it is today. He has experience in both the business management field as well as experience with the sea, as he spent a few years of his early twenties working International relations on several fishing boats. Today, Terry is the owner of The Daily Catch, Hedderson's store and Fish Market in Griquet, as well as a father to his young boy, Simon. His wife, Denise, who helps out around the kitchen from time to time, is a full time nurse who has the same work ethic and drive for helping her business succeed that Terry does. She knows her way around the kitchen as well, as she has spent a great deal of time perfecting many of the recipes that have made their way onto The Daily Catch's menu and studied Nutrition at StFX University in Nova Scotia.
Triffie Patey - Cook
Triffie is a fantastic cook who has been with The Catch since 2006. The special ingredient to everything that she cooks: laughter. You rarely find Triffie without a smile on her face or a witty comment up her sleeve while she's in the kitchen. When Triffie is outside of the kitchen, she likes sewing, spending time with family, and watching her favourite TV show "Nashville".
Doris Bartlett - Cook
Doris is another fantastic cook who also has several years experience with The Daily Catch. During any short encounter with Doris, the first thing you notice is her motherly attitude. Doris will do anything help someone who needs it, and that is exactly the caring personality that you can taste in the food that she prepares.
